Pub Manager
Being a Manager at Bermondsey Pub Company is so much more than managing your P&L. Our Managers are a fundamental part of making our business a success.
A key part of your role as a Manager is creating an exceptional customer experience through ensuring your team is passionate and motivated to deliver the best possible customer service.
Our Managers have a strong commercial awareness, relevant industry knowledge and a desire to achieve outstanding results.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your entrepreneurial flair driving your business in its local market and delivering great sales plans for an overall great performance.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers are critical in making our pubs work.
You will have the opportunity to really develop your management skills by complete involvement in all aspects of the running our pubs and supporting your Manager. You will also take the reins of managing the business yourself as and when required.
In return we will support your career aspirations and work to develop you into our successful Managers of the future.
Kitchen Manager
Our Kitchen Managers are an integral part of our Management team. You will have full responsibility for overall operations back of house, including ordering and managing stock and food hygiene compliance.
You will create and manage a team driven to deliver outstanding food to our customers. You will work closely with our Pub Manager to ensure that we deliver outstanding food quality which results in our customers becoming our biggest fans.
Colleagues
Our people make our pubs great. Our Colleagues are the life and soul of our business.We recruit on personality and desire to deliver incomparable customer service.Your role will be varied and challenging and our sites are tailored to our local surroudings. As a result your pub may need you to become a quality mixologist, involved in food delivery or a driven and passionate sales ambassador. Regardless though we need people with passion for drink and a willingness to demonstrate that passion to our customers. We will support your on-going development to reach your full potential, as well as providing a lot of fun along the way.
Regional Manager
Our Regional Managers are at the hub of our geographical regions, their effective management of their region keep the operation on track delivering its financial target
You will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of Pub Managers who are commercially astute, results driven and customer focused, all qualities you will lead by your example.
You will support the Managers in creating robust business plans that will deliver our operational business targets and objectives.
You will report directly in to the Operations Director and play a critical part in delivering our ambitious business strategy.
