Whether or not you’ve led a team before, our induction programme is designed so that you can work alongside one of our experienced Managers to learn and understand our way of doing things. We have also developed specialist workshops, which are delivered by experts in their areas, to further support you in your role. Our ongoing commitment to ensuring that everyone has the right skills and knowledge is demonstrated through our Apprenticeship and Kitchen training programmes.
